Lee Child is joint Managing Director and co-founder of Dudley Child Executive Recruitment Ltd and has in excess of 10 years experience recruiting, specifically within the Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. Lee was educated at Huddersfield University where he read Molecular Biology, whilst also playing professional rugby league for a number of clubs including Leeds Rhinos and Wakefield Wildcats. During this time Lee gained International Honours with the Irish Rugby League team. Lee then entered the recruitment market where he worked for a leading supplier of technical personnel, before moving onto a nationally recognised Search and Selection business where he led multi-disciplinary teams within the industrial sector. Lee’s experience spans across most sectors of Manufacturing and Engineering, where he has conducted single search campaigns through to multi-acquisition projects.
Lee brings passion, enthusiasm and integrity to Dudley Child Ltd. This combined with his macro and micro level knowledge of the recruitment process and his understanding of the wider manufacturing and engineering markets, ensures that any client’s recruitment campaign will be smooth, transparent and enjoyable.

Jordan is also joint Managing Director and co-founder of Dudley Child Executive Recruitment Ltd. After completing a BSc degree in Nutrition and Sport at Leeds University Jordan joined a market leading health club where he spent 3 years as General Manager of multiple sites. Jordan then moved into the recruitment industry where he worked for a reputable Search and Selection business who operates within the manufacturing and engineering sector. Jordan has worked with a huge range of organisations ranging from SME’s to Blue Chip businesses and on assignments ranging from £20,000 technical roles to £250,000 Executive level hires. Jordan’s experience includes interim and permanent recruitment both in the UK and International locations such as the Middle East.
As an inspirational recruitment leader, Jordan has led multiple teams at all levels of the recruitment cycle, as well as becoming an expert in managing sophisticated solutions for clients with specialist recruitment projects and campaigns.
