We openly make a commitment to our clients that we will only represent candidates that meet the requirements of the role in terms of skill set, experience and culture, to underpin this commitment we meet with all candidates represented and will always advise our clients when we have not interviewed face to face. Likewise, we will never send a candidate to interview unless we are sure that the role fits their requirements and skill sets.
