Your Investment
Apart from the financial investment, there is also an investment of time required from our clients. The process will be as non intrusive as possible, allowing you to continue with your other commitments and appointments. However as we work in partnership with our clients it is important that communication is effective throughout the process to ensure the project runs as smoothly as possible.
At initiation we will need to have an in depth conversation, ideally face to face, to fully understand your business and the vacancy requirements. Following this we will then require time to discuss short listed candidate profiles with the final investment being your internal interview process and the drafting of offer documents and employment contracts.
