DIRECTIONS FROM THE M1/ M62
Follow signs for Leeds M621, take Junction 3 off the M621 and follow signs for the City Centre. Once you are on the one way system you will pass the Jurys Inn Hotel on your left, remain in the left hand lane and do not take the turning to the right. Continue past Bridgewater Place with Philpots, Tesco Express and GHD at road level to your left. Move into the right hand lane and at the traffic lights adjacent to KPMG, turn right onto Sovereign Street. Royal House is on the right 500 yards down the road.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE A1
Take the A64 York turning off the A1 and follow signs for Leeds. As you near the City Centre you should follow the signs for the M1 and M62 and turn left before the inner ring road flyover. Follow the City Centre signs passing under a railway bridge and then Leeds Parish Church on your left. Before the railway bridge the road will fork to the left, take this turning and continue forward until you reach a set of traffic lights. At this point continue forward and take the second left hand turn after the Mal Maison Hotel which is on your left. This will take you onto Sovereign Street with Royal House 30 yards down the road on the left.

PARKING
We have no onsite parking. The nearest car park is the Q Park (Queens Hal) Car Park on Sovereign Street which is opposite Royal House and is charged at £4.20 for up to 2 hours.
