Job Description

A Global Manufacturer of Automotive Equipment requires a Technical Applications Engineer to lead both internal and external cross functional teams, utilising key improvement tools to resolve problems and lead improvement projects. Responsibilities cover installations of equipment into Customer products ensuring it is fully optimised and validated to ensure the equipment meets both the OEM’s targets for cost, quality and performance.

Candidate will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and input as well as coaching other members of the Application Engineering team.

Positive performance within this role will certainly lead to further career opportunities being presented. Being a Global business with sites in the US, Australia, India and China for example, there is huge potential for international travel and overseas deployment as well as promotion prospects in the UK.

A Degree in Engineering would be advantageous along with experience working in an engineering or automotive environment.
