Job Description
Leading rotating equipment manufacturer based in West Yorkshire, seeks an application engineer with the ability to create overall concept designs for customers in the Marine, Construction, Wind and Defence industries.
Working alongside a team of highly qualified sales people, draughtsmen and design engineers, your role will be interpret customer requirements and generate an overall schematic that will then be progressed through to manufacture following order acceptance.
The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to rotating/ reciprocating equipment such as pumps, compressors, mechanical seals, gearboxes, engines or other turbo machinery. They will also have excellent communication skills and be confident presenting to clients.
Being part of a larger group of companies, this role will provide the successful applicant with excellent career prospects, as promotions within departments and across divisions are commonplace within the business both Nationally and Internationally.
