Job Description

 A Global Manufacturer of Automotive Equipment requires an Assistant Service Manager to manage & Deliver customer satisfaction and planned service profitability & Operational efficiency for their aftermarket division. Reporting into the Service Centre Manager the remit of the role is to support and drive forward all companies’ targets and KPI’s including - Technician Efficiency, Technician Utilisation, Service profitability, Performance management – branch personnel, Apprentice development and Management, Implement and enforce use of defined service processes, Manage and ensure proper maintenance of depot fix & mobile facilities & Administration/ warranty performance.

Positive performance within this role will certainly lead to further career opportunities being presented. Being a Global business with sites in the US, Australia, India and China for example, there is huge potential for international travel and overseas deployment as well as promotion prospects in the UK.

A qualification in management or business would be advantageous along with experience working in an engineering or automotive environment.
