Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a market leading Specialist Building Manufacturer who requires a Group Leader/Production Leader. In depth training will ensure the successful candidates career will be accelerated quickly, leading to further management opportunities being presented longer term.

Reporting to the Site Manager, your role will involve the management of a high volume production process, with responsibility for production outoput, quality and health & safety.
We are interested in speaking to individuals with a proven track record of working in a production environment, with good man management skills and some experience of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing.
Longer term, positive performance will result in further career opportunities being presented with additional earning potential.
