HR Officer (Aerospace Industry)

Job Description

One of our leading clients within the aerospace industry is looking for an experienced HR officer to support the HR function within one of their sites.

The main responsibilities of the role would be to support and coordinate the day to day HR related activities as well as supporting the strategic goals set out by the client in their period of growth. You will play a key part in recruitment and development of the graduate and apprenticeship programmes and helping implement a fully integrated training framework throughout the site.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have experience of working within a HR function in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience of working within a unionised environment is desirable as well as having a keen focus on employee development.

This would be an ideal role for a candidate looking to progress their career further within a forward thinking company.
