Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Lean Facilitator to introduce and drive a continuous improvement culture with a medium/heavy engineering business.

The Company:

Situated on the outskirts of Manchester, our client is a profitable division of a global precision engineering group. The company applies lean methods to design and manufacture high-value metal products.

The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Lean Facilitator / Continuous Improvement professional to champion, lead and drive all factory lean activities. With good communication and people-management ability, you will identify and deliver best practice continuous improvement and QCD activities, training and benefits.

Candidate Requirements: 

With good experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement in a metal engineering environment, you will lead lean events and activities including Kaizen, Audits, 5s, JDIs, Monitoring, Training, Performance Meetings, Documentation etc.
