Job Description

Global leading automotive client are in the process of recruiting a manufacturing engineer / production engineer / process engineer for their manufacturing facility in Northamptonshire.

This is a great opportunity to join a true market leader at the forefront of automotive technology at their state of the art of development and testing facilities.  You will join a team of CI and Lean enthusiasts and be working on process improvements, plant layouts, FMEA’s, in order to maximise efficiencies.

We are looking  for individuals who have a proven track record in manufacturing engineer, lean and CI activies, FMEA’s, kanban, JIT, Kaizen workshops etc.  You will ideally have come from a machining environment and working knowledge of a cnc machinery advantageous as well as six sigma.

This is the chance to make a real difference identifying both low hanging fruits and longer terms strategies.  In return you will be rewarded with the opportunity of working with a growing global client who offers security and development.
