Job Description

My client is a leading Tier 1 & 2 supplier of composite components to the automotive, construction and agricultural industry. Major blue chip clients you will be working with include the likes of Toyota, JCB and Jaguar Land Rover. Due to recent expansion and future growth the aim within the organisation is to increase competencies and therefore is looking for a Project based Quality Engineer.

The requirement is to work within the APQP process on new product introduction and to improve customer quality relationships within the context of the requirements of TS16949. You should have a strong background of working with customers and will have worked in a similar manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background of working with customers and will have worked previously in a similar role. You will understand and have experience of implementing APQP, PPAP, auditing and instigating process improvement activities within a manufacturing organisation ideally in an automotive sector.
