Job Description

Domestic and Export shipping clerk is required to work in busy despatch office of an Engineering Company selling worldwide.

This person will be responsible for handling all aspects of shipping / despatch administration, including file and record keeping.

Duties will include arranging domestic and export shipments via Courier, Airfreight, Sea freight & Road freight, completing and raising all Export Shipping Documentation, liaising with factory and engineers to make timely despatch bookings, tracing tracking Export consignments and liaising with customers to resolve any shipping issues which arise.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering/manufacturing background and have previous experience working in a despatch, export or shipping department.
