Our client is a global organisation with an enviable reputation as a quality focused business that operates across a number of industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemical and heavy process.

This is an organisation that has enjoyed continual growth over the years and is currently undergoing a restructure to streamline the business and ensure they are operating at maximum capacity. This is an exciting time for the organisation and in order to implement the changes have now identified the need for an experienced Technical professional from the Oil & Gas industry to help develop and market the business on a global basis. The role will involve elements of business development, project management and finally assisting or managing the day to day operations and essentially we are looking for individuals with a technical grounding in the lifting industry (hoists, cranes, winches) who can assist in developing the oil & gas side of the organisation whilst at the same time apply and implement a new and more effective structure and strategy to the business going forward.

The ideal individual will come from a oil & gas background, with a good engineering understanding of the offshore lifting industry through previous experience and more importantly be commercially astute with a natural entrepreneurial flair.
