Our client is a leading manufacturer of speciality chemicals and is undertaking several ongoing and significant investment and improvement programmes designed to enhance the competitive advantage that this organization has developed.

Being part of a large international group of chemical manufacturing business’, this client is established and financially secure with strategic ambition for growth over the coming years.  With the embedded culture of the business being driven toward continuous improvement, they have requirements for Maintenance and Reliability Engineers to further enable this shift. 

Reporting into the site Maintenance Manager, the core focus will be to design maintenance, reliability and integrity programmes to improve plant performance.  PM and PPM activities need to be coordinated and facilitated with the management of contract staff throughout.  Whilst the plant focus will always be safety, potential gains are available through increased plant availability and productivity.
