Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be tasked with the implementation of policies and procedures in all matters relating to HR within this heavily unionised manufacturing environment.  Responsible for the training, development and empowerment of staff, you will look for opportunities to utilise your effective communication skills to build relationships with people accross other functions.
