World class manufacturing is entirely reliant on effective process management and the understanding of the elements therein.  Can you achieve sustainable yield improvements through strategic and process management while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and sharing best practice? Does your commercial and operational awareness allow you to drive both top and bottom line growth?  Can you manage the implementation of suitable and bespoke lean systems to realise employee buy-in and reward.  The successful candidates will ideally be degree educated and have a proven track record of operational excellence.  You will have a thorough understanding of process and be able to manage multi-disciplinary utilising traditional techniques as well as innovative approaches to leadership, motivation and delivery.
