Managing Director (Oil & Gas, Powergeneration) - Dudley Child Executive Recruitment

Dudley Child Executive Recruitment Ltd are a professional supplier of Executive Search and Selection Services to the Manufacturing and Engineering markets. We are currently recruiting a Managing Director for a client involved in Precision Engineering with applications to the Oil and Gas, Powergen, Pharmaceuticals and other Process Industries. They currently turnover circa £16 million and have ambitious and realistic growth plans to take the business to £25 million within 3 years. The strategy has been set by the previous incumbent and is aligned with the growth currently experienced in their target markets.

Reporting to the CEO the successful candidate will have a degree in an engineering discipline, ideally supported with an MBA. You will have direct industry experience and will be comfortable with commercial negotiations at a senior level with key and new business customers. Due to the requirements of the business you will be highly experienced in Operational management and more than au fait with Lean/CI/Six Sigma tools and methodologies. This role requires someone that can make both top and bottom line improvements.
